Refund policy

 Condition 

Please be aware that all of our items are vintage. Imperfections are to be expected due to the age of each product. 

Please read the condition within the product description and click on the photos to maximise them to give you a clearer view. We try hard to describe the visible condition of each item but may miss subtle flaws.

If you would like more images of a particular item, a more in-depth condition report or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at studio@studiosale.uk. 

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please reach out to us via email using the online form within 48 hrs of receiving your order. We are a small business and handle returns on an individual basis.

Please send detailed images of both the item and packaging if damage has occurred in transport and please retain the item and all packaging until we have replied and resolved the issue.

The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the order being made and in its original condition. 

We ask that you look carefully at the pictures and description of the item prior to purchase, the items are vintage and do tend have some imperfections.

Please note we cannot refund the shipping costs or cover the cost of the return shipping.
