An incredible vintage large sculptural pedestal bowl made from hand carved and turned hardwood. Great form and colour, wear and patina. Visible chisel and tool marks. Please see photos and condition description.
Size: 35cms tall approximately, 36cms wide at top, 27cms wide at base. Weighs approx. 2kg.
Condition: handmade irregularities and imperfections, slightly crudely made with lots of shape unevenness, tool marks and chisel marks. The top edge has some historic loss, leaving an uneven rim; some marks, age darkening, some staining to the top, patina variation. Otherwise in good robust condition.
