A sculptural handmade welded steel tabletop bottle holder in the form of a linear apple and pear. Rather naively made and finished. Please see photos and condition description.
Size: 46cms wide, 34cms tall, 17cms deep approximately. The 3 x bottle apertures with the apple shape are 10cms wide internally approximately and the apertures in the pear shape are 7.7cms wide internally (at smallest width, approx.). The larger apertures in the apple will fit a standard wine bottle or larger (pictured), while the smaller apertures in the pear will hold smaller bottles. Heavy, weighs approx. 3.5kg.
Condition: Rather roughly fabricated with crude visible welds; lots of shape unevenness and handmade imperfections; patina and colour variation; some light rust; some marks, otherwise good and robust.
