Wonderful sculptural set of wooden geometric solids, used in teaching solid geometry and mathematics in school. I believe these are 1950s and from Eastern Europe. Lovely age darkened colour and scale, some great drawn and painted markings.

Size: The tallest piece (cone shape with detachable top) is 12cms tall, the cube is 6cms tall for scale.

Condition description of each (from left to right in photos):

Cone: Slightly blunted top, general scratches/chips/marks. Wonderful painted 5 on base in gloss oil paint.

Cone with detachable top: blunted top, very slight shape mismatch between both parts, general scratches/chips/marks, slight crack/wood separation on the side, chip at the bottom, lovely large painted 6 on the base in gloss paint.

Pyramid with detachable top: blunted top, very slight shape mismatch between both parts, general scratches/chips/marks, some ink spots, chipped corner, lovely pencil drawn lines. Painted 4 on base.

Sphere: I am not completely sure if this is from the original set as the wood has a different grain and different condition, I am including it anyway as looks good in contrast. This is in very good condition.

Cuboid: lots of scratches/chips/marks, lines and inscriptions in pen and pencil

Cube: lots of scratches/chips/marks, lines and inscriptions in pen and pencil, some little impressed holes maybe made by a compass? chipped corners.
