Beautifully crafted blacksmith/artisan made wrought iron sunbeam framed circular mirror. Sculptural free form sun beams with ball finial at ends and quite delicate in form. Nicely designed at the back with integral loops for hanging. Please see photos and condition description.
Size: 38cms approximately at widest, the mirror size is 12.5cms wide approx.
Condition: Beautifully made with lots of handmade irregularities and imperfection! Prominent welds. Some patina variation, some very light rust. The metal has been waxed and some of the waxing is a little uneven/irregular. The back construction is a little primitive, the mirror glass is held in place by 2 x screws and a little bracket and hanging bar behind a circle of wood. This is a little loose in place but holds fine. Please see photos.
